The site kept freezing when I got to the payment step, and my discount code literally disappeared. I eventually got the order to go through, but it took way longer than it should have

I had a feeling it would be okay, and my instinct was right. The refund took a few days to show up, but everything went through fine in the end...

The clothes are fine, nothing amazing but definitely wearable. My main issue was the international shipping. I ordered a dress from Bella Barnett and while the fit was okay, the color was a whole different story. Online it looked like this soft champagne shade, but when it arrived it was more yellow-gold and kind of shiny. I opened the package and was like, give me a break, this is not what I thought I was getting. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but I was disappointed because it just wasn’t right for the event. They really need to make the product photos more accurate
